Our approach
NextGenBabyPlay is written primarily for parents, caregivers, and educators. We do not ask children to create accounts, profiles, or public posts. Do not send us a child’s name, address, school, contact information, photo, recording, exact location, or other personal information.
Information stored in your browser
The “recently viewed” feature stores up to four product identifiers in your browser’s local storage. This information is not tied to an account and is not sent to NextGenBabyPlay. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
The Family Game Center may use a service worker and browser cache so its fixed-logic games and private Game Workshop can work offline after the first visit. Cached files are stored on your device and can be removed through your browser settings.
Family Game Center
The browser games and Game Workshop use fixed, on-device rules. Game choices, optional themes, and revisions stay in your browser. They are not sent to an AI provider, do not create a conversation history, and are not stored by NextGenBabyPlay.
Server and security logs
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. These operational logs are controlled by the hosting provider and may be retained for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Optional site analytics
Google Analytics 4 is disabled until a parent, caregiver, or other visitor selects “Allow analytics.” If allowed, Google Analytics processes page views and limited interaction events so we can understand which guides, filters, Gift Finder links, and affiliate links are useful. We do not send names, email addresses, game answers, Game Workshop content, or retailer checkout details to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. Select “Privacy choices” in the site footer at any time to change it. Selecting “No thanks” prevents the Google Analytics script from loading on future pages; clearing this site’s browser data resets the choice. Google describes its data practices in the Google Privacy Policy.
Affiliate and external links
Some product links are affiliate links. If you follow one, the retailer may use cookies or similar technology, process referral information, and apply its own privacy policy. NextGenBabyPlay does not control a retailer’s checkout, payment, shipping, account, cookies, or data practices.
Contact and email
If you contact us, your email service and ours will process the name, email address, and message you choose to send. Please do not include information about a child. We use messages to respond to questions, corrections, safety reports, or partnership inquiries.
Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through accounts, forms, the Game Center, or the Game Workshop. Parents and caregivers should supervise children’s use of the site and prevent personal information from being entered into email or third-party websites.
